Jasmine

This summer variety is a great climber for sheltered areas and effuses a sweet, heady scent from small white, waxy blooms. Decadent aromas accompany a sublime floral flavour that is customarily added to green tea. However, the petite petals perfectly complement shellfish, sorbets and rice. Not to be mistaken for the highly toxic False Jasmine.
