Chamomile

Bearing more than a slight resemblance to the common daisy the sweet, apple-tasting flowers have a good many uses beyond a calming cup of tea. Their flavour pairs rather well with lemon or honey and can be added fresh or dried to cakes and biscuits. Chamomile syrups make for refreshing cordials and sodas or add to whisky cocktails for a different spin on the Highland Fling.
