Geranium

Several varieties carry very particular scents such as apple, citrus, mint and nutmeg. While the rose-scent is most often used in perfume production, the strongly flavoured leaves impart wonderful rose and citrus notes when added to a jar of sugar, or steeped in milk before use in custards and puddings. Delicate tasting flowers make pretty decorations for cordials and cakes.
